There are two types of Albino Bristlenose Plecos. Each has the albino gene in a different location. This is why it is possible to have a pair of Albino bristlenose produce a percentage of non-albino types. Longfin is dominant, therefore only a pair that includes one longfin parent can produce longfins. Standard finned bristlenose, when paired together, cannot produce longfins under any circumstance.
